A load-bearing wall is more than a partition between rooms — it carries the vertical loads from the roof and floors down to the foundation. At Vertical, prefabricated walls arrive as complete panels, assembled in our workshop, with timber load-bearing structure, insulation and exterior finishes integrated from the start.

Thanks to our integrated design office, we carry out CAD/CAD plans, structural studies of the framework, and reservation dimensions.

Our modern and high-performance CNC of the latest generation allows great precision in the execution of the delivered and numbered wooden parts.

Each panel is engineered individually: stud cross-sections, spacing, window and door openings, and joint details are calculated for your project. We use fir or pine timber, solid or laminated, treated to class III or autoclave standards. Panels arrive on site numbered, labelled and ready to be lifted into place with a crane in a single day of assembly.

Beyond construction speed, prefabricated walls bring a major quality advantage: insulation and air-tightness are achieved under controlled workshop conditions, not in the rain or with on-the-fly fixes.
