Collaboration with architects
You design – we transform 3D models into ready-to-assemble panels, walls, floors and roofs. We have a modern timber structure factory with high-precision CNC lines, controlled treatment and drying facilities, plus fully digitalized flows.
Collaboration with architectural firms
Are you designing with wood, but have you so far avoided prefabrication due to concerns about details, tolerances or lack of flexibility? We propose a partnership that gives you complete creative freedom, while eliminating the hassle of the execution phase.
We are a modern factory of wooden structures, with high-precision CNC lines, controlled treatment and drying facilities, plus fully digitalized flows. You design – we transform 3D models into panels, walls, floors and roofs ready to be assembled.
What we offer to the architects:
Formal freedom, no limitations – our CNC centers do not reject curved geometries, unusual angles or large openings. If you model correctly, we cut precisely. We do not modify your project – we materialize it.
Tolerances of less than 1 mm – the parts fit perfectly on site. No adjustments on site, no “site compensations”.
Fast rendering of changes – submit a new version of the model, we regenerate the CNC paths and produce the update in days, not weeks.
Aesthetic and structural homogeneity – industrially treated and dried wood does not crack, does not crack after assembly. The architecture remains as you imagined.
Financial benefits - a contract following discussions between us regarding the expectations of both parties.
How the collaboration works:
Phase 1 – You send us the BIM model (IFC, .dwg, .dwx, .3dm, .skp, .stp) or the detailed plans.
Phase 2 – We verify the CNC traceability, identify potential optimizations (without modifying the design), and prepare a production quote.
Phase 3 – After approval, we produce the structures in the factory, label them digitally, package them, and deliver them to the loading dock.
Phase 4 – We provide the assembly plans and technical support to the assembly team (partner company or general contractor).
And what is your role? The same: to supervise and coordinate the work of other trades (installation, finishing) and ensure that the final assembly conforms to the project vision. You no longer waste time correcting cutting errors or arguing with carpenters who "have always worked that way."
For architects who want to move from concept to reality. For manufacturing that meets your expectations, is precise, and fast, our factory is the technical partner you need.
We'll send you a portfolio of projects completed in collaboration with architectural firms. Let's schedule a 30-minute discussion: we'll show you what a CNC file generated directly from an architect's model looks like.
