Factory

Our factory is a modern unit, fully equipped for wood processing to the highest standards. With a generous production area and well-defined technology flows, the unit integrates multiple production lines – from controlled drying, cutting and painting, to finishing and assembly.

The process begins with the essential phases of wood treatment: drying in automatic chambers, heat treatment and application of solutions to protect against moisture, fire or pests. Each batch is sensually monitored, and the quality is checked in our in-house laboratory.

Automation and efficiency are at the center of our operations. We use digital sorting and cutting lines, roller and elevator transport systems, robots for loading/unloading, as well as the latest generation CNC machining centres. These ensure very tight tolerances, digital readability of parts and reduced scrap rates.

Thanks to this high-performance infrastructure, the factory optimally manages the realization of prefabricated wooden structures – floors, walls, roofs and even complete houses. The elements are designed in dedicated software (CAD/CAM), transferred directly to CNC, and then assembled into panels ready to be assembled on site. In this way, we reduce turnaround time, reduce waste and deliver products with perfect geometry.
